There are days you
feel like not teaching. Being a creative teacher is a roller coaster. When you
have gloomy days, it is easy to question the validity of your profession and
purpose as a teacher. You get de-motivated and lash wildly, looking for the
right thing to get back on your motivation train.
Really,
motivation is nothing! It is the intrigue voice of yourself whenever you want
to do something. There is some inner power that tells you and plan for the way.
That is to say, whenever you want some motivation, it is already in your mind.
So, motivation gives you momentum to do something with consistency. And if, you
complete the task day by day you will feel energetic. You see, small amount
of success can give you the drive of motivation. Though, it is easy to get
depressed when you do not get results. Make a plan and do with full consistency
and focus. Avoid wrong activities that easily suck your motivation.
In your classroom, identify your
productivity shortcomings and eliminate the habits that keep you from working
at full capacity. You get de-motivated when you doubt your abilities, skills and
refuse to change. Limiting your beliefs and confidence can make you hit a road
block. End your limiting beliefs
Motivation is
not permanent like eating every day, it's like a river going but sometimes it
slows and sometimes it is fast.
