Let’s Make Rules of Simplicity

By the way, how do you know you are in the information overload mode?  It’s actually usually safe to say you’re there when you come to the point of chaos, disorganization, cutting corners and a place where your body, soul and  mind are not blended  in unity. When you’re busy busy all day, running here and there, trying to gulp every information inside your brain then you’re in the mode.

How to exit information overload mode?

Well, first of all, you need to understand the foundation of it.  Let me say, you have to start thinking of ways on how to simplify everything you do. It will help you figure out things in this digital world where we are bombarded literally with information each day. I call it ‘an information overload mode.’ Once you enter into this mode, it is not easy to shake off.

To exit the mode, be patient and make your rules of simplicity.
Strip all unnecessary information to a bare minimum. The next thing you need to take care of is to exit the shiny object thing. What’s the shiny object mode? Well, it is  a phenomenon  that  people fall into online when  investing  in new methods or tools hoping to derive amazing instant results.

So how do you exit the shiny object mode?

Put your foot forward. Stop your mind from going round and round with no sense of up and down direction that is leading you nowhere. Avoid going round in circles searching for shiny objects. Forget those fancy tools and software that is doing everything for you, I mean the 1-click solutions.  Do not  get me wrong, these tools are great time savers, for my standpoint, they are distractions because it takes away your attention.
Honestly, do not follow people who over complicate things.
The keyword is SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE!

. Do you have your rules of simplicity?  Please comment. Thanks!
