How are you much smarter than me?

Interesting question, isn't it?

Of course, the question might sound absurd to you. Your response would probably be "Are you kidding me? You think I'm smarter than you?

Well, if you're a teacher or student teacher, you're awesomer than me. Yes!

Okay, let me give you the whys.

You disect the right knowledge, glue them together and teach the lesson. In the process, you're giving a life a meaning to live, and changing their behavior. So, you're smarter than me. It's not a contest, just ask your students.

The only difference between us is the vehicle that I chose to apply my knowledge in. That's it!

What's more, why do I think you're smarter than me. Alright, let's use the metrics below to measure up

1. Your skills and opportunity match. Sometimes, I move into opportunities that don't match my skill set. I have A-level skills and apply it to B-level skills opportunities.

2. You are out there as a teacher,changing behavior and you don't start running with whatever you stumble upon. You've allowed for all growth.

3. Staying power. You have in built staying power on the job when your boat hits the roughest spot. Honestly, I have a weak point of listening to wrong voices and advise, which leads to catastrophic consequences.

4. This is something funny isn't it? Last, you're smarter than me because you focus 100% in one direction. You try to beat all your best teaching goals, your best times. As a result, your efforts has grown.

To add it all up, I have to go out and measure up to your metrics.
